3D photogrammetry

The  3D creation of buildings, monuments, quarries, cliffs  and other elements has become an invaluable tool in various fields, thanks to the use of advanced technologies that allow generating  detailed three-dimensional models  from multiple aerial images captured with drones. These models include  high-definition textures , providing a realistic and accurate representation of the environment.

This process also involves the creation of  digital terrain elevation models (DEM)  and the  georeferencing of the represented elements , which allows their integration into  3D Geographic Information Systems . These three-dimensional representations are not only visually impressive, but are also powerful tools for  urban planning ,  land management  , and  decision making  in various sectors.

3D surveys of buildings and monuments are   especially useful for  monitoring structural damage . By capturing precise three-dimensional data, structural changes can be detected and analyzed with high accuracy, making it easier to  assess the integrity of historic buildings, monuments and other important infrastructure .

In addition,  3D reconstruction  allows for the  precise digitization of objects , making it possible to obtain  exact measurements  for later reproduction or monitoring their movements and changes over time. This technique is particularly useful in fields such as  archaeology ,  cultural heritage conservation ,  structural engineering  and  medicine , where precision in measurements is essential for analysis and decision making.
